Chapter Eleven

The triplets aged up cute as a button and as identical as could be. All three were tow-headed like their father. Hunter was a vampire with the Charmer trait. Jasper was a human with the Silly trait. And Gavner was a vampire with the Angelic trait. After being awake much of the night they were tired and cranky. I put them down for a nap.




I started the girls on their homework, hoping they'd achieve top grades sooner than later.




I took a little time to regather strength from the very long night and busy morning.




The remainder of the day flew by.
























I made a vow to concentrate on potty training as much as possible. Even if the triplets didn't get to have their birthday cake early, I'd rather not face stinky-in-dire-need-of-baths boys every morning.








I found it hard to stay on top of disciplining the boys as they had a knack of misbehaving when my hands were full.














I completed another vampire romance series, this one for young adults. The four titles in this series were: Sunset, First Moon, Cieri, and Shattered Sunrise. I mastered the writing skill, not surprising given the amount of time I wrote.




When I went out to mail the manuscript to the publisher, I ran into Caleb and asked him for vampire training.

We didn't celebrate holidays for the most part, so Thanksgiving was just another day for us. After they were all tucked in bed it was time to pick up the house and write. I sold the fifth book of my Ebony Cutlass series: Lover Released . I posted it as the first snow of the season came down. The first day of winter arrived with more snow. I splurged on some furniture for my cozy tropical greenhouse. I decided to tackle another biography. I labored longer than I expected. I needed to suck down plasma to get through it. Finally I gave birth to twins. I named my twin daughters, Daria and Bianca. There wasn't any way to tell at this point who they would look like or if they would be vamps. I was optimistic and in love with motherhood. Some of the charm wore off when my doubles proved to be trouble. They frequently shit and cried in tandem. I stumbled through the bottles, diapers, cuddling, and rocking with spurts of writing. Then my lappy went tits up and I had to Youtube on my phone to fix it myself. Despite all the hassle I managed to complete my first romance trilogy: Fifty Shades of Blood , Fifty Shades Bloodier , and Fifty Shades Imprisoned . As I walked out to mail the last manuscript to the publisher, the first snow was falling. I even squeezed in some vampy skilling and ranked up from a Vampire Fledgling to a Minor Vampire. I quickly discovered that sustaining my thirst with plasma pouches had me spending money faster than I could make it. I learned I could fish or hunt for frogs to convert to plasma. As unappetizing as that sounded, I was game to try. Fishing relaxed me, but it felt like a waste of time. I could be writing and earning money. I left the fishing spot feeling discouraged when I spotted Marcus. He walked right past me like he'd never seen me before. That fucker! I made up my mind right there and then, that we'd go on a date and I'd convince him to become my man. Then we'd go on another date and I'd dump his ass. No one's treating me like that.
